SwingDesire is built around respect, consent, discretion and community safety.
These Community Rules apply to all members, applicants, event attendees and future platform users. Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming, friendly and respectful environment where genuine connections can flourish.
Treat all members, applicants, guests, organisers and venue staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, judgement, verbal abuse, physical abuse or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated.
Members are expected to be mindful of their language, behaviour, personal space and the comfort of others.
Consent must always be clear, informed and ongoing.
No means no. Pressure, coercion, persistent unwanted attention or attempts to manipulate, persuade or influence others are not acceptable.
Always ask before approaching, touching, joining or involving yourself with others.
Members are expected to respect personal boundaries at all times.
Privacy and discretion are fundamental to the SwingDesire community.
You must not share another member's identity, profile information, photographs, messages, personal information, event attendance or any private community content without their permission.
This includes screenshots from member areas, private groups, direct messages and event-related communications.
What happens within the community should remain within the community.
Members must provide accurate information during the application process.
Fake profiles, impersonation, misleading information or fraudulent activity may result in immediate removal.
All attendees must follow venue rules, event guidelines and any instructions given by organisers, hosts, security staff or venue management.
Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event and future SwingDesire activities.
We want everyone to feel confident, attractive and comfortable, so we ask all guests to make an effort with their appearance at SwingDesire events.
Gentlemen: Smart casual is recommended. Smart jeans, trousers, shirts, polo shirts and smart footwear are all welcome.
Please avoid sportswear, tracksuits, hoodies, football shirts, dirty workwear, ripped clothing, flip flops and trainers. Guests arriving in overly casual or unsuitable clothing may be refused entry.
Good personal hygiene is essential and forms part of our dress code.
Ladies: Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable. From elegant evening wear and clubwear to lingerie, the choice is entirely yours.
There is no requirement to dress revealingly, and guests are welcome to change outfits throughout the evening if they wish.
General: Our events are designed to create a stylish, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We simply ask that all guests make an effort and dress appropriately for the occasion.
Please note that some SwingDesire events may have a specific theme or enhanced dress code. Where this applies, the event listing and booking page will clearly state any additional requirements.
By attending an event, guests agree to follow any event-specific dress code that has been communicated in advance.
SwingDesire reserves the right to refuse entry where clothing, appearance or hygiene is deemed unsuitable for the event.
All guests attending SwingDesire events must be aged 25 or over unless otherwise stated.
Valid photographic identification may be requested on arrival. Failure to provide suitable identification may result in refusal of entry.
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
Chewing gum may be prohibited at certain venues and guests are expected to follow all venue-specific rules.
Guests who appear excessively intoxicated, disruptive or incapable of acting responsibly may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.
SwingDesire and its venue partners reserve the right to conduct reasonable bag checks where necessary to protect the safety, security and comfort of guests attending an event.
Members are responsible for bringing any personal items they may require, including condoms and other personal protection products.
Lockers may be provided at certain venues for convenience. All personal belongings are left at the owner's risk. SwingDesire and venue operators accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Guests must follow all venue signage, event guidance and reasonable instructions provided by organisers, hosts, security staff or venue management.
Please keep noise to a minimum when arriving, leaving or moving around outside any venue.
No photographs, videos, screenshots, screen recordings or audio recordings of other members may be taken, stored or shared without their explicit consent.
Mobile phones and cameras must be used responsibly and only in permitted areas. Certain events or venues may prohibit mobile phone use entirely in specific areas.
Any authorised event photography will be clearly communicated in advance.
Members are expected to respect all photography, phone and recording restrictions at SwingDesire events.
Any behaviour that threatens the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other members may result in warnings, suspension or permanent removal.
If you feel uncomfortable, unsafe or concerned about another member or guest, please speak to an organiser, host or member of staff as soon as possible.
We encourage members to report concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately.
Members must comply with all applicable laws.
The possession, use, supply or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is not permitted at SwingDesire events or within the SwingDesire community.
Illegal activity, threats, stalking, harassment or behaviour that places others at risk will result in immediate action and may be reported where appropriate.
Any member found engaging in illegal drug-related activity may be removed from an event, have their membership revoked and, where appropriate, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Members are expected to act responsibly and not place themselves or others at risk through excessive intoxication or unsafe behaviour.
To protect the community, SwingDesire reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or revoke memberships at its sole discretion.
Not every application will be accepted, and membership may be withdrawn where necessary to maintain community standards and safety.
Approved membership does not guarantee entry to every event. Entry may be refused where behaviour, appearance, intoxication, identification, ticket status or venue requirements are not satisfactory.
Tickets and memberships are personal to the approved member and must not be transferred without permission from SwingDesire.
Most members join SwingDesire for the same reasons: to meet genuine people, enjoy great events and be part of a respectful community.
If everyone treats others with kindness, honesty and respect, we can create an environment that people genuinely enjoy being part of.
