Age and Verification Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, appear in content, attend an event or use SwingDesire.

We may use age, identity, face, profile or event-admission checks. The type of check may depend on the feature, level of risk and legal requirements.

Verification indicates that a check was completed at a particular time. It does not guarantee a member’s character, intentions or future conduct.

Submitting false documents, using another person’s identity or attempting to bypass age checks may result in immediate account restriction or removal.

We may temporarily restrict an account while age concerns are investigated. Content may be preserved or reported where legally required or necessary to protect a child.

We aim to collect only the information reasonably required for the check. Verification providers may process information on our behalf under appropriate contractual and security controls.
