Photo and Content Policy

The standards applied to photographs, videos, profile content and community posts.

Last updated: 8th September 2026

Main profile photographs

Main profile photographs, avatars and images displayed in member searches or directories must not contain nudity.

This includes exposed breasts, visible genitalia, sexual activity or explicitly sexual imagery.

Profile photographs must be suitable for display throughout the verified member platform and must accurately represent the verified adult or verified couple using the account.

General member news feed

The private, logged-in member news feed may contain limited non-explicit adult toplessness.

Exposed adult breasts may be shown, but visible genitalia or explicitly sexual activity is not permitted within the general news feed.

Every identifiable person shown must be aged 21 or over, represented by the verified account and have agreed to the content being uploaded.

Friends-only media

Within Friends-only media areas, verified adult members may share full adult nudity, including exposed breasts, buttocks and genitalia.

Friends-only content is visible only to members who have been accepted as friends by the uploader. It is not displayed as a main profile photograph, within member searches or within the general news feed.

Privacy controls reduce the intended audience but cannot guarantee that an authorised viewer will not take a screenshot, photograph the screen or otherwise make a copy.

Every identifiable adult shown must be represented by the verified account and must have agreed to the content being created and uploaded.

Content that is not allowed

  • Any content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
  • Intimate content shared without consent.
  • Content depicting, or appearing to depict, a person who is asleep, unconscious or otherwise unable to consent.
  • Secretly recorded photographs, video or audio.
  • Stolen images, impersonation or misleading artificial content.
  • Content promoting violence, coercion, exploitation or illegal activity.
  • Personal information belonging to another person.
  • Copyright-infringing or malicious material.

This includes content that may amount to an offence under the Extreme Pornography provisions of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (as amended), including realistic depictions of non-consensual activity, serious violence in a sexual context, or bestiality. Content must also comply with all other applicable UK law and the standards and rules of our payment providers and card networks.

Moderation and approval

Every member photograph is screened before publication using Amazon Rekognition and Amazon Bedrock as part of our automated moderation workflow.

Photographs that are flagged, uncertain or unable to be processed remain pending and unavailable to other members until they have been manually reviewed by the SwingDesire moderation team.

Automated moderation supports our moderators but does not replace human judgement. We assess the content, selected visibility, account verification and applicable policy before making a final decision.

We may approve, reject, restrict or remove content where it breaches this policy, creates a safety concern, cannot be verified or requires further investigation.

Previously approved content may also be reviewed again following a report, safety concern or change in available information.

Privacy settings and image protection

Visibility controls help reduce who can access your content, but no website, application or technical control can guarantee that an authorised viewer will not take a screenshot, photograph the screen or make another copy.

SwingDesire provides Friends-only visibility, allowing members to limit selected photographs to accepted friends.

Members should review their friends list and content visibility regularly and remove access where trust or circumstances change.

Only upload content you are comfortable sharing with the audience selected. Consider whether an image includes your face, home, workplace, vehicle registration, documents, tattoos or other details that could identify you.

Members must not copy, share, publish or distribute another person’s private or intimate content without their clear permission.

Reporting content

Report content through the available tools or our Contact page. Include enough detail for the team to locate and review it.
