Events and Venue Listings Terms

SwingDesire provides directory and discovery features for adult clubs, venues and events.

Listings may be created by SwingDesire administrators, verified clubs, venues or approved event organisers. Unless we expressly state otherwise, a listing does not mean that SwingDesire owns, organises, supervises or operates the event or venue.

A listing marked as unclaimed has been created using information available to SwingDesire and is not currently managed or endorsed by the venue.

A listing may be marked as an Official Club Page or managed by a verified venue representative only after the relevant verification and approval process has been completed.

SwingDesire does not currently sell or process tickets for third-party events.

Where a paid ticket is required, members purchase directly from the relevant club, venue or event organiser through its own website, booking system or contact details.

The organiser or venue is responsible for ticket prices, payment processing, booking confirmation, refunds, transfers, cancellations and any ticket-specific terms.

SwingDesire does not receive or store the payment-card details used for an external event-ticket purchase.

We aim to present useful and accurate information, but event dates, times, prices, admission rules, facilities and availability may change.

Members should check the organiser’s official information before travelling or purchasing a ticket.

Where a listing is unclaimed, the organiser or venue may request a correction, claim the page or ask for removal through our Contact page.

Members may be able to mark an event as interested or attending. This is a social and planning feature only and is not a ticket, booking or guarantee of admission.

The visibility of that selection will depend on the relevant platform and privacy settings.

A SwingDesire account, membership, verification status or event indication does not guarantee admission to a venue or event.

The relevant organiser or venue may apply its own age limits, identification requirements, profile-type rules, dress code, capacity limits, conduct standards and safety procedures.

Members attending any event discovered through SwingDesire must respect consent, personal boundaries, venue rules and the law.

Harassment, pressure, unwanted touching, secret recording and non-consensual photography are prohibited on SwingDesire and may also be reported to the relevant organiser, venue or authorities.

Questions or disputes concerning a third-party ticket, event cancellation, venue refusal, refund or transfer must normally be raised directly with the organiser, venue or ticket provider that accepted the payment.

SwingDesire may help identify the relevant contact information but is not responsible for refunding a payment that it did not process.

Event photography rules are set by the relevant organiser or venue. Never photograph, film, identify or publish information about another attendee without their clear agreement.

Members should contact the relevant organiser or venue directly for current accessibility, admission and safety information.

SwingDesire is not an emergency service. Immediate safety concerns should be reported to the venue and, where necessary, the emergency services.
