Events and Ticket Terms

Events are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification may be required. Refusal or inability to provide acceptable identification may result in refused admission.

Tickets may be limited by profile or attendance type, including couples, single women and single men. The attendee must qualify for the ticket category purchased.

A ticket does not remove the requirement to follow venue rules, verification checks, dress requirements or our Community Guidelines.

Admission may be refused where reasonably necessary for safety, capacity, intoxication, abusive behaviour, incorrect ticket category or a breach of event rules.

Consent, respect and personal boundaries apply throughout every event. Harassment, pressure, unwanted touching, secret recording and non-consensual photography are prohibited.

Event-specific refund and transfer rules will be displayed during booking. The usual 14-day cancellation period does not normally apply to leisure services arranged for a specified date.

If we cancel an event, ticket holders will normally be offered a refund of the ticket price paid. Reasonable changes to timing, entertainment or venue do not automatically create a right to a refund unless the change is significant.

Tickets may not be commercially resold. Transfers require our approval where the ticket is linked to verification, membership status or a specific ticket category.

Event photography rules will be communicated for each event. Never photograph, film or identify another attendee without their agreement.

Attendees remain responsible for their personal belongings. Venues, hotels, transport providers and independent suppliers may have their own terms and are responsible for the services they provide.
