Community Guidelines

SwingDesire is built for adults who value genuine connections, clear boundaries and respectful behaviour. Every member is responsible for helping create a community where people feel comfortable, heard and in control.

These guidelines apply to profiles, private messages, groups, photographs, videos, comments, events and every other area of the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, appear in content, attend an event or use any part of SwingDesire.

Never upload, request, discuss or distribute sexual content involving anyone under 18. Accounts reasonably suspected of involving a minor may be immediately restricted while the matter is investigated.

• Respect a clear no, silence, hesitation and withdrawn consent.
• Never pressure another member into conversation, photographs, meetings or sexual activity.
• Do not send explicit images unless the recipient has clearly agreed to receive them.
• Consent to one interaction does not mean consent to another.
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Profiles must represent the real person or couple using the account. Do not impersonate another person, use stolen photographs, deliberately misrepresent your age or relationship status, or create deceptive accounts.

Couple accounts must only include adults who know about and agree to the account.

Only upload photographs, videos and other content that belong to you or that you have clear permission to share.

Do not use stolen images, photographs downloaded from another website, misleading artificial images or content that falsely represents you or another person.

Every identifiable person shown must be an adult and must have agreed to the content being uploaded.

• Do not share screenshots, messages, photographs or profile information outside SwingDesire without permission.
• Do not reveal another member’s identity, workplace, address or private information.
• Do not secretly record or photograph anyone.
• Respect profile visibility, blocking and contact preferences.

The following behaviour is not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation or persistent unwanted contact.
• Hateful, discriminatory or degrading abuse.
• Scams, fraud, spam or misleading commercial promotion.
• Blackmail, coercion, extortion or threats to expose someone.
• Sharing intimate content without consent.
• Soliciting prostitution, trafficking or other illegal activity.
• Uploading unlawful, stolen or malicious content.
• Attempting to bypass a suspension, block or safety restriction.

Do not use SwingDesire to send spam, repetitive messages, unsolicited advertising or misleading promotional content.

Businesses, venues and event organisers may only promote services through features or arrangements approved by SwingDesire.

Repeated copy-and-paste messages, mass messaging and unwanted commercial contact may result in feature restrictions or account removal.

You are welcome to mention other websites, apps, clubs, venues, events and lifestyle communities where it is relevant to a genuine conversation.

We believe members should be free to take part in the wider community, share their experiences and choose the platforms, venues and events that work best for them. SwingDesire is here to support the community, not restrict people from it.

We do not prohibit honest discussion of competitors or prevent members from sharing appropriate links and recommendations.

What is not allowed is spam, repeated promotion, unsolicited advertising, fake recommendations or using SwingDesire mainly to redirect members to another commercial service.

Businesses, venues and event organisers should use the appropriate promotional or partnership routes where available.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18.
• Bestiality, sexual content involving animals or animal abuse.
• Non-consensual intimate content or secretly recorded material.
• Content promoting exploitation, trafficking, coercion or sexual violence.
• Personal information published to threaten, expose or endanger another person.

Serious or potentially unlawful content may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Depending on the circumstances, SwingDesire may remove content, restrict features, issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account or permanently remove access.

Serious risks may be reported to the police, safeguarding bodies or another appropriate authority where legally permitted or required.

Use the reporting tools where available or contact the team through our Contact page. Include the username, content involved and a clear explanation of what happened.

In an emergency or where someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.
